During my years practicing law, I have represented employers and employees in employment litigation and business entities, labor unions and individuals in commercial litigation. My litigation experience also includes environmental matters, the Federal Employers Liability Act, the Federal Railroad Safety Act, and other state and federal statutes. As such, I have participated as counsel in numerous mediations and settlement conferences. Additionally, I am listed on the National Roster of Commercial Arbitrators and the Employment Dispute Resolution Roster of the American Arbitration Association. The majority of my litigation practice has been in federal court.
